We use Royal Mail tracked delivery for all UK mainland deliveries.
We aim to process orders on the same day, but as all of our jewellery is made to order, delivery times may vary (please see below). Once dispatched, your item should be with you within 3-4 business days. You can track the progress of your item here once you have received a tracking number via email, or alternatively contact one of our team.
All deliveries must be signed for, therefore, please make sure you or someone else is in to receive it.
Because our jewellery is handmade and sourced from the Far East, delivery time can sometimes take up to 4 weeks depending on stock and availability. A member of our team will contact you if this is the case. If you are not happy with the delivery time, we will either refund you in full or arrange an alternative solution.
If you are unhappy with your order in any way, we will refund it in full as long as the items are sent back to us within 14 days of receipt, unworn and in a resellable condition. Please include the original packaging.
To ensure you receive a refund, we request that all items are returned using recorded delivery, and include proof of purchase. All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Return postage costs will only be refunded on faulty items.
Once a refund has been agreed, it will be processed immediately. On receipt of the items, if their condition is acceptable, the refund will be paid out within 21 days.
